By using the MedicGo platform you agree to the following terms.

1. The service

MedicGo is software for dental clinics (schedule, patient records, payments, reminders). Care is provided by the clinic and the doctor; MedicGo gives no medical advice.

2. Your account

The phone number and details you enter must be accurate. Do not share sign-in codes or your password.

3. Booking and cancellation

Bookings are confirmed according to the clinic’s rules. Cancellations must be made before the deadline set by the clinic.

4. Clinic obligations

Clinics provide accurate licence details, keep prices and schedules up to date, and use patient data lawfully.

5. Reviews

Reviews can only be left after a completed visit. Abusive or fake reviews are removed by moderation.

6. Payments and plans

Clinic plans are listed in the pricing section. Online payments go through Click, Payme and Uzum.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated; significant changes are announced on the platform.
