Privacy policy
Last updated: 2026-10-05
This document explains how MedicGo collects, stores and protects the personal and medical data of patients, doctors and clinics.
1. What we collect
Phone number, name, booking details (clinic, doctor, time, reason for visit), medical records and files added by the clinic, and technical data for security (IP address, device).
2. How data is used
Data is used only to book appointments, send reminders, keep treatment history and protect the platform. Your data is never sold for advertising.
3. Who can see it
Each clinic sees only its own patients. Patients see their own history. Viewing and editing medical records is recorded in the audit log.
4. Protection
Medical fields are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, connections are HTTPS only, passwords are hashed with argon2id, and two-factor authentication is mandatory for clinic owners.
5. Retention and deletion
Patients can export their data or delete their account at any time. Medical documents required by law are kept for the mandated period.
6. Contact
For privacy questions, use the contact details at the bottom of the site.
